Postage / Shipping
Postage is automatically calculated as you shop and is included in the Shopping Cart. Some items incur higher charges due to weight or size.
All items are posted via Australia Post and are sent registered mail, this allows for the package to be tracked and insured against loss.
We will email you confirmation the day your items are posted (we endeavour to post orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation).
International Shipping
If your item is being shipped outside of Australia, please use the ‘contact us’ page and list the items you would like to purchase. Shipping will be calculated separately and you will be contacted with a total cost that can be paid via PayPal.
Payment / Refund
We are happy to receive payment via:
· PayPal
· Mastercard & Visa via PayPal over the internet
* You DO NOT need a PayPal A/C to pay by Visa or Mastercard*
· Bank deposit
We understand some people have concerns buying over the internet, if this sounds like you, you are most welcome to contact me by phone or email and order directly with me if this makes you more comfortable. Payment can be made by EFT to our bank account.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange as long as the product is returned to us at your cost within 7 days in the original condition. If you wish to exchange you will also incur the cost of postage for the new item exchanged.
Privacy
All details submitted to our site are confidential. Details are not sold or passed on to any other party. Credit card details are not stored on the site and will have to be entered in for each order unless you are a member of PayPal in which case your details are stored by them.
Your details will never be passed onto a third party for any reason!
